Working in collaboration with our dear friends at Alchemy Distillery, we set out to create a chocolate bar completely unlike anything else we have ever made. Certified heirloom cacao from Belize was aged for 4 months in a single red wheat whiskey barrel. The resulting bar is amazingly robust and complex with a pronounced earthy and woody flavor profile. A true one-of-a-kind tasting experience!
