Microbatch: Apple Toffee with Rose
Inspired by delicious Apple Cider Caramels with Rose Petals and Cocoa Nibs by Little Apple Treats, we came up with this suuuuper tasty chocolate bar for the October Microbatch! Starting with the best heirloom cacao from Belize we mix in creamy crunchy toffee bits and sprinkle the back with beautiful rose petals, cacao nibs and organic dried fuji apple pieces. The finished chocolate bar is everything we wanted and more. We hope you enjoy.
