For this month’s microbatch, we implemented the skill of our Head Baker, Rachel, to help us create the perfect Milk & Cookies chocolate bar! Black and white marbled sugar cookies were made in-house and cut by hand to fit perfectly on the back of each chocolate bar so that you get cookies in every bite! The cookies offer a crisp, buttery, and sweet crunch to the creamy milk chocolate which we craft with locally sourced A2/A2 whole milk from Alexandre Family Farm. The combination is delicious all on its own or with a cold glass of chocolate milk!

USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
