For this month's Microbatch bar, we draw inspiration from the allure of a tropical summer vacation. Featuring our vibrant 65% Tanzania Dark chocolate, known for its bright and fruity profile, perfectly complemented by tropical passion fruit grown in Ecuador. The tangy, floral sweetness of the passion fruit pairs beautifully with the rich chocolate, creating a decadent summer treat.

USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.

Processed in a facility that also uses milk, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts.
