Microbatch: Black Currant & Orange
This month, we’re excited to bring back a bar from our beloved ‘seasonal mini bar’ collection: Black Currant & Orange! We blended Madagascar and Belize cacao to create a fruity and floral 70% dark chocolate base, to that we carefully mix in just a touch of orange oil. Finishing it off with a generous sprinkling of tart, chewy black currants from Washington.
