CANDIED ALMONDS & COCONUT ON BELIZE DARK CHOCOLATE

This month, we were inspired by the delicious flavor combination of childhood favorite, Almond Joy! We set out to recreate a version of our own using flaked coconut, shredded coconut, and thinly sliced almonds. First we candied the coconut and almonds with organic maple syrup and a touch of organic cane sugar. The resulting sweet, chewy, and crunchy mixture is good enough to eat alone! To finish the bar we mix these right into smooth and creamy 70% Belize dark chocolate and sprinkle a few more on the back for good measure. We hope you'll enjoy this nostalgic flavor combination!

USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
