What's better than beer and chocolate? BEER IN CHOCOLATE! When our friends at Eel River Brewery reached out about doing a potential collaboration with beer and chocolate, we said YES, and then proceeded to scratch our heads to figure out how to combine the two. After much discussion and chocolate testing we settled on starting with making a citrusy milk chocolate and aging the finished chocolate with aromatic floral cascade hops . The resulting chocolate is wonderfully bright and creamy, with orange, vanilla and hints of effervescent hops.

USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
