3 eggs
3/4 cups light brown sugar
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3-4 tbsp bourbon

Filling
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together brown rice syrup, eggs, sugar, butter, bourbon, orange zest, and salt. Combine well. Fold in pecans and melted chocolate.
Pour liquid into pie crust that has been pressed and formed into pie dish. (No need to pre-bake the crust)
Bake at 350 degrees until center is set but still slightly wobbly, about 40-50 minutes. Let cool completely. Can also serve the next day.
Serve with fresh-made whipped cream that has been spiked with a dash of bourbon and powdered sugar
