This month's Microbatch bar has been a dream of ours to make for a couple years! We partnered with Sonoma Brothers Distillery in Sonoma, California for this collaboration to age our cacao nibs from Belize in their award winning Apple Brandy barrels. This aging process allows the nibs to pick up the wonderful flavor notes of apple and white wine from the aromatic barrels. The final result is a surprisingly fruity and earthy bar with undertones of vanilla and cinnamon. We hope you FALL in love with this bar!
