The sweetness of the Belize chocolate serves as a perfect backdrop, while the savory depth of the chanterelles adds a layer of complexity. USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
