Dark Chocolate Fondue

Just melt 70% Belize couverture or baking chocolate with heavy cream, add a touch of sea salt, and you're ready to dip and savor!
1 cup (6oz) 70% Belize baking chocolate or couverture (other chocolate varieties may not have the same results)
1 cup (8oz) heavy cream
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Dipping options (strawberries, pears, apples, marshmallows, pretzels, cookies, etc...)
In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate and heavy cream and heat on low, stirring gently until the chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in salt. The chocolate will melt while still at a low temperature - do not let come to a boil or chocolate will seize
Pour mixture into a fondue pot and keep heated with tea light or lowest setting of heat source.
Serve with dippers of your choice.
