Our newest Limited Release starts with exceptional cacao from Vanuatu, a small island nation in Oceania. With just two simple ingredients—cacao and cane sugar—we’ve crafted a single origin dark chocolate that lets the true character of the cocoa bean shine through.
This Vanuatu cacao is bold and wild, with deep, complex flavors and a distinct, almost tobacco-like richness. By keeping it simple, we highlight the unique flavors of the cacao in its purest form.
USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
