After receiving the cacao beans straight from the farm, we sort and roast them to bring out the best possible flavor profile. The freshly roasted cocoa beans are then gently broken up and winnowed to remove the outer husk. These delicious, crunchy nibs are ready to eat as a snack on their own or as a topping to smoothies, salads, desserts, or you name it!
