We handcraft our single origin 75% Brazil Dark Chocolate (75% cacao & 25% organic cane sugar) with the incredible cacao sourced directly from our friends at Cacao Bahia in Brazil. The cacao is grown and exported by the Carvalho family, who founded Fazenda Camboa Estate in 1942. They have grown little by little to become the largest producer of cacao in the region. We are proud to work with their family farm and the deliciously earthy, nutty cacao they produce.

Review from 'The Joy of Chocolate', by Paul A. Young - "...this chocolate is made in distinctive bar moulds with incredibly intricate designs that make it a real joy visually. The bar that blew me away, and still does, is their 75% Brazil, with beans sourced directly from the growers Cacao Bahia. No vanilla is used in the production, just cacao beans and cane sugar, meaning its complex, unfiltered flavours are intense and robust, earthy and nutty - all characteristics I love in dark chocolate."
