Our Baking Chocolate Chips are made with 70% Belize dark chocolate. It has rich notes of dried plum, tart cherry & jasmine and comes in tempered baking chip form. Easy to measure, mix and melt. Perfect in any recipe that calls for semisweet or bittersweet chocolate.
USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
