Our buttery creamy caramels are lusciously coated in our award winning single origin 70% Belize Dark Chocolate and finished with delicate flakes of Fleur De Sel from Bitterman's Salt Co. Each box of 8 caramels is hand packaged with eight delicious salty and sweet caramels perfect for gift giving.
Fleur de Sel Caramels
We handcraft our caramels in small batches with fresh cream and butter. To avoid blooming, store caramels out of direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place (not refrigerated) between 54-68°F.
