Beginning with the highest quality cacao from Belize, we set out to create a chocolate bar unlike anything else. We began by aging cocoa nibs in Straight Bourbon Whiskey barrels. Once fully aged we use these delicious nibs to create a 70% Dark Chocolate bar adding only cocoa butter and cane sugar. The resulting bar is amazingly robust and complex with pronounced oak and bourbon flavors. A true one-of-a-kind tasting experience.

BY USING SOME OF THE BEST CACAO IN THE WORLD, WE ARE ABLE TO ELIMINATE THE USE OF FILLERS IN OUR CHOCOLATE (LIKE COCOA BUTTER, SOY LECITHIN OR VANILLA), WHICH LETS THE TRUE FLAVORS OF THE CACAO SHINE THROUGH.
USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
