We have always preferred timeless chocolate over fleeting fads, but with the Dubai chocolate craze still captivating taste buds worldwide, we couldn't resist joining in our own way. Staying true to our philosophy of simplicity, we use only clean, high-quality ingredients: premium pistachios and delicate toasted kataifi, caramelized gently with honey for natural depth and crunch. This irresistible combination is layered generously onto the back of our award-winning 55% Milk Chocolate made with A2/A2 milk from Alexandre Family Farm. The result is a sophisticated, elevated take on the beloved Middle Eastern favorite.

 

USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
