How do I order?
Shipping to one address - add any quantity of desired gift sets to your cart and ship to one address. Orders will ship as soon as they are ready. We're unable to hold these orders to ship at a later date. Please contact us to place orders with future ship dates.
Shipping to multiple addresses - fill out our contact form and let us do the work for you!How far in advance to I need to place my order?
For large orders (30+ units) placed through our website, we recommend placing orders 4 weeks before your desired delivery date
For small orders (1-29 units) placed directly through our website, we recommend placing orders 1-2 weeks before your desired delivery date
Customization requires at least 4 weeks lead time
What is the shipping fee?
For orders placed directly through our website, shipping is free to the contiguous 48 states. The best possible rate is available for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and International addresses.
For orders placed with our Sales Representative (multiple shipping addresses and/or customization), the shipping fee is $5 per recipient address.

Can I add gift notes to each package?
Absolutely! We can print your gift message up to 185 characters.
Can I customize each package?
Yes! We offer customer printed logo stickers, hand tied ribbon, and muslin bags as additional options. Pricing for each varies. Please note, custom logo stickers require a minimum of 4 weeks lead time from artwork approval to delivery date.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes discounts are available when ordering large volumes of the SAME item/bundle. Discounts do not apply to orders that have more than one custom assortment unless each assortment total meets the minimum of $500.
15% OFF orders $500-749
20% OFF orders $750-999
25% OFF orders $1000+
For example, if you order one custom assortment of items that totals $300 and another custom assortment that totals $200, this would not qualify for a volume discount.
Can I build my own gift box?
We are happy to accommodate special requests when possible with a 4 week lead time required. For the fastest order fulfillment, we recommend choosing from our six corporate gift options.
