HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

We ship all orders with care and concern of weather conditions. During the warmer months, we ship using insulated liners and/or ice packs depending on the forecasted weather of your area and the areas the order must travel to reach you.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

During Spring and Summer our shipping lead time is 2-3 business days after your order has been placed. Orders placed Wed-Fri will ship the following Mon-Tues. Please note, we reserve the right to hold your order until the weather is reasonably cool enough to ship. During the Fall and Winter months our shipping lead time is 3-5 business days as we experience high volumes of orders during the holidays. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

After the order leaves our factory, you can expect 2-3 business days in transit for the West Coast and 3-5 business days in transit for Central States and the East Coast.
