In collaboration with The Barn, we crafted a rich and velvety 72% Belize drinking chocolate, perfectly paired with their Volcan Azul Coffee from Costa Rica. The combination is decadent, with the bold coffee flavor beautifully complementing the silky chocolate.
We finely grind the coffee and refine/conche the two together and then cool and shred it into a consistency that melts easily when mixed with hot milk.
USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
