Our best selling FLEUR DE SEL chocolate bar is made using our award winning two ingredient Belize dark chocolate; just cacao sweetened with Brazilian cane sugar. We add a sprinkling of hand-harvested Fleur de Sel sea salt from Bitterman Salt Co. for a subtle and delicate finish.

BY USING SOME OF THE BEST CACAO IN THE WORLD, WE ARE ABLE TO ELIMINATE THE NEED TO USE FILLERS IN OUR CHOCOLATE (LIKE ADDED COCOA BUTTER, SOY LECITHIN, OR VANILLA) WHICH LETS THE TRUE FLAVOR OF THE CACAO SHINE THROUGH.
USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
