Warm ginger, sweet spice, and rich dark chocolate come together in this new take on a classic cookie-inspired bar. We’ve taken the incredible ginger SNAPS cookies from Bunches & Bunches and refined them directly into our 72% Belize dark chocolate, capturing their signature flavor in a smooth, velvety bar without the crunch. All the cozy ginger snap flavor, reimagined in dark chocolate.

 

USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
Ingredients: Chocolate (cacao*, cane sugar*) Ginger Snap Cookies (unbleached enriched all-purpose flour, butter (pasteurized sweet cream [contains: milk, butter]), brown sugar, sugar, molasses, eggs, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, allspice, white pepper, cayenne), cocoa butter*
*ORGANIC (Cacao solids 72% minimum)
 

CONTAINS MILK & WHEAT. Processed on shared equipment with milk, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts.
