Our September Microbatch, Pomegranate with Wild Orange & Cardamom, is a celebration of fall flavors, beginning with our award-winning 72% Belize Dark Chocolate. Wild orange and fragrant cardamom bring layers of bright citrus and warm spice to the rich chocolate, creating a bar that’s a little unexpected, a little cozy, and deeply aromatic.

We finish each bar with dried pomegranate arils scattered across the back, adding bursts of tart fruit and an unexpected crunch to every bite.

USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
