A rich and velvety European style drinking chocolate, handcrafted using ethically sourced cacao beans from Maya Mountain Cacao in Belize. By using some of the best cacao in the world, we are able to eliminate the need to use fillers in our chocolate (like added cocoa butter, soy lecithin, or vanilla) which lets the true flavors of the cacao shine through.

USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.

TO PREPARE:

  • In a small saucepan, bring 1/2 cup milk to a simmer (not quite boiling) over medium heat. We recommend whole milk for a rich and creamy drinking chocolate.
  • Reduce heat to low and whisk 32 grams (about 1/4 cup) of chocolate. Continue whisking over low heat or use an immersion blender until all chocolate is completely melted.
  • Pour into your favorite mug, sip and enjoy!

For a lighter version, reduce chocolate to 16 grams (about 2 Tbsp)
