A rich and velvety European style drinking chocolate, handcrafted using ethically sourced cacao beans from Maya Mountain Cacao in Belize.

TO PREPARE:

  • In a small saucepan, bring 1/2 cup milk to a simmer (not quite boiling) over medium heat. We recommend whole milk for a rich and creamy drinking chocolate.
  • Reduce heat to low and whisk 32 grams (about 1/4 cup) of chocolate. Continue whisking over low heat or use an immersion blender until all chocolate is completely melted.
  • Pour into your favorite mug, sip and enjoy!

For a lighter version, reduce chocolate to 16 grams (about 2 Tbsp)
