VANILLA MILK CHOCOLATE

EXCEPTIONAL MILK CHOCOLATE WITH MADAGASCAN VANILLA BEANS

Starting with the highest quality Ugandan cacao, and the best old-fashioned organic A2/A2 whole milk from Alexandre Family Farm, we have created a deliciously creamy 55% milk chocolate. Organic Madagascan vanilla beans are a delicate addition to the caramel tasting notes of the milk chocolate.

What is A2/A2 milk?

“Traditionally, cows produced milk with A2/A2 beta-casein protein. Over time, a mutated A1 gene worked its way into dairy cattle. Cows today produce a combination of A1 and A2 proteins, creating a type of milk that is relatively new to the human body and may be more difficult to digest. We choose cows that while roaming our pastures only make A2/A2 milk. It’s most natural to the body and easily absorbed. You can trust that our milk is always 100% pure A2/A2. Our milk is milk the way cows were intended to produce, old fashioned milk.” - Alexandre Family Farm

Prop 65 Warning: For California Residents
California’s Proposition 65 requires companies that sell products in California to include warnings if products could expose consumers to certain chemicals linked to cancer or reproductive harm. These warnings are required even at extremely low levels and do not mean a product is unsafe or illegal.

Trace minerals occur naturally in many foods including cacao, and organizations like the FDA and WHO note these small amounts are common in a normal diet. Regardless, our chocolate is regularly tested and heavy metal levels consistently fall well below established international safety limits.
