We set out to capture the complete sensory experience of living on California's rural north coast with this seasonal bar that made its debut as a Microbatch. Sweet 65% Belize Dark Chocolate blends perfectly with the aromatic orange, Siberian fir, and mint to create the chilly, refreshing feeling of a winter walk. The bar is finished with maple sugar for a subtle crunch and sweetness.
USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
