Our Baking Chocolate Chips are made with 68% Tanzania chocolate. It has rich notes of cherry, coffee and lemon, and comes in tempered baking chip form. Easy to measure, mix and melt. Perfect in any recipe that calls for semisweet or bittersweet chocolate.

USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
