Organic sugar, torched to the perfect crunch is broken and placed across the back of 72% single origin Tanzania dark chocolate. The caramel sweetness of the torched sugar offers just the right balance of sweetness and a satisfying crunch!

 

USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
