Microbatch: Coffee & Chicory

Inspired by a recent visit to the iconic French Market coffee stand in New Orleans, this microbatch bar pays tribute to the rich, comforting flavors of Café du Monde's famous Coffee with Chicory. We stone-refined freshly roasted coffee and roasted chicory directly into our 72% Tanzania dark chocolate, allowing the bold coffee notes and subtle caramel-like earthiness of the chicory to become one with the chocolate.

The result is a smooth, deeply aromatic bar with a rich coffee finish and a hint of New Orleans nostalgia perfect for savoring alongside your favorite cup of coffee.

 

USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
