This month’s microbatch is a 72% Tanzania Dark Chocolate bar, infused with hibiscus and Szechuan (Sichuan) peppers, for a sophisticated flavor combination. Sweet and tart with a little kick of citrus to leave you wanting more. Pungent, and aromatic, Szechuan peppercorns serves as a well-balanced compliment to the bright notes of the award-winning Tanzania chocolate. Hibiscus flowers offer a refreshing burst that brings back memories of sipping a cool glass of sun tea in the garden.

 

USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.

Processed on shared equipment with milk, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts.
