Microbatch: Maple Madagascar

For Microbatch #96 we took a creative approach to sweetening our chocolate. This 66% dark chocolate is made with cocoa beans from Madagascar and sweetened exclusively with crystallized maple syrup. The result is a smooth, balanced chocolate bar with bright fruit notes, hints of caramel, and a lingering maple finish.

 

USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
Ingredients: Cacao*, maple syrup*, cocoa butter* (*ORGANIC)

Processed on shared equipment with milk, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts.
