This month, we’re bringing back an old favorite microbatch, this time with a few thoughtful improvements. Inspired by Japanese cuisine, this bar reflects that tradition of balancing complex flavors through simple ingredients. Matcha green tea is milled into single origin Tanzania white chocolate, creating a playfully sweet bar with a gentle earthiness from the tea.

On the back, black sesame seeds provide both balance and a satisfying crunch, now complemented by a sprinkle of crystallized lime for a bright, unexpected lift. We hope you enjoy this refined take on a familiar favorite.
