Microbatch: PEanut Butter Toffee

Microbatch #90 is our love letter to the flaky butter-finger style crunch bar we all grew up on. Housemade peanut butter toffee is shattered into golden flakes and piled generously on the back of the bar. These buttery, crunchy layers, caramelized to perfection, are balanced by 72% Tanzania dark chocolate for a deeply chocolatey and rich experience.

 

USING THE FINEST CACAO AND TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TECHNIQUES, ALL OF OUR CHOCOLATE IS CAREFULLY CRAFTED FROM THE BEAN IN OUR SMALL FACTORY IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
Ingredients: CACAO*, CANE SUGAR*, PEANUT BUTTER*, SUGAR*, GLUCOSE, CORN SYRUP*, WATER, SALT, VANILLA, BAKING SODA (*ORGANIC)

CONTAINS PEANUTS. Processed on shared equipment with milk, tree nuts, wheat and peanuts.
