This bar ties us to our first bag of Madagascar cocoa beans ever delivered via UPS from John Nancy at Chocolate Alchemy back in 2010. One of our earliest pairings was the fruit forward flavors of Madagascar cacao with the fun berry flavors and texture of Panda - Raspberry Licorice. This was a Valentine's Day bar so we thought the flower shape of the cut licorice on the chocolate was sweet. Now, as we reflect on 15 years in business, we wanted to do a throwback to an early favorite.
